What do you all think about that chick? She was hatch feb 5th? I am going to pick her up today but not sure if it’s a roo? Don’t want any Roos!!! The breeder said he’s not sure. His is the only pic I have
are those rooster streamers I see coming in?

I would love to know what this buddy is! We have another that is identical in everyway i can see. Size, weight, feathers, temperament. I hope the pics are clear enough. They are 7-ish weeks old. They do NOT love being handled despite our attempts to love on them lol

My black silkie is 12wks old. “She” seems to behave like a female compared to the 3 D’uccle roosters that she’s been raised with since the brooder, but I’ve never had any experience with silkies prior to “her.” I adore this one so much that I am getting 5 more day old silkies tomorrow! I only only have one picture of her entire body at this time, but can take more tomorrow. For now, any guesses on gender from the following photos?:

But some just have a more musculine face and some just look girlie.
