Silkie Stock in the Pressure Cooker

I just went to the "I hate Silkies" thread and changed my vote. I have suddenly taken a real liking to the breed. LOL

I am a meat cutter butcher by trade and I still think it would take a bit for me to get used to the black skin and dark meat. Not that it should, it is just different. Seriously do you think it has a different flavor? The stock by the way looks awesome.

Who was the idiot post meant for? Someone upset that you are having chicken for dinner? really?
