You could check the "Silkie thread," on BYC and also your state thread to see if anyone near you has what you want.

I have lived in Paragon Indiana for over 5 years now. And have a acer of land. The last owners built a him house now I'm I'm read to have some pets. It's heated. But I don't know where to go to get me a few silkies.
Does any one know where I can do this. I would like to get some frizzle too.

i’m 2 hour away in Brookville, Indiana. I have couple silkies I might sell you. They are less than 2 months old so i do not know i’d they are pullers or roos.
