What is the difference in a paint & a splash silkie?

Splash cockerel or is he blue? He's cocky but too pretty

He looks to be a blue and a very handsome fellow. He should fill out nicely.

Really? And I was thinking of giving him away. hehe Thanks! I will put him on my list to show. I'm new with chickens much less silkes in general so I have alot to learn. Now I just need to learn what the requirements are in order to show.
