It sounds like wry neck???

its not like she carries her head super low at the ground but she stands super stright and has her head tilted down

I have one that's doing the same thing start her on vitamin E and baby poly-vi-sol about 2 small drops in her mouth. Am also giving her liquid B-12. I also add sugar or honey to her water for energy.

I do have hope in doing this this is my second one treating and my first one is doing great I hope this helps.

She sounds like my Head Tuck. She was nailed in the head when she was a pullet by a Guinea keet which elicited an immediate physical response. She tucked and began rolling on the floor. That was six or seven years ago. Head Tuck will experience problems when she's been on the nest and will tuck. She is also my warning system that her nutritional needs are not being met because she will tuck then too.

Rarely do I see her in any stance other than the one with the neck straight and the head bent down. I'll see if I can get a pic of her in the next few days. Its just the way she carries it after the head injury and I've grown accustomed to it. Its only when she tucks that I worry.

I had one with wry neck and had given the same thing and it helped her and she has been fine ever since.

So glad you like them! They are the sweetest group of juveniles I've ever had. I did handle them a LOT when they were between 2 and 5 weeks...picked each of them up several times a day...and they just stayed very tame and unafraid after that.
