They all have wing feathers. The wings fill in first, then the rest of the body slowly follows to fill in with adult plumage and lose the chick down. Just like a regular feathered breed, but with the fluff.

Note on my pullet you can see her wing feathers. This is what yours will look like as they get older. This girl is a good example of a good quality bird.
