x2!They do to me!
Major cuteness!!You guys have inspired me to share a couple of my pics. I'm only so-so at taking them, cause I never seem to have the camera charged and ready, and I'm even worse about posting them. But not tonight!
This is a pic of our latest white silkie chicks with their guinea keet buddies. They are super sweet together now, but at first were quite sure that there needed to be a feast of pink toes vs. black toes!
And this is one of our 'zoomers' that are now about two or three weeks. They are starting to do little hoping flights and should be moved to the outside brooder, but it's been too cold. This guy was too impatient to wait and got himself in a pickle trying to fly.
Luckily he was easy to get out and didn't suffer any harm. Silly thing!
Okay, one last one. Here is our little mystery/partridge chick, named Wicket. Just cause he's too cute to resist!

So, maybe it's a Sultan?
Thanks y'all for the birthday wishes! The silkie chicks has certainly made this an extra special birthday for me!
I didn't even plan to have some hatch on my birthday, but that's super neat!![]()
Oh, chickens are so facinating. I never knew how much fun they were until I got my silkies. Even my boyfriends finds them interesting but he still thinks I'm a little nutty when I bring them in the house for baths or pictures and all this other stuff. lol One day, he will see the light!![]()
