I have hatched alot of silkie eggs. I never have problems during incubation its always at hatching I have had problems and I have noticed its due to humidity. I agree if your having hatching problems its most likely due to the humidity. With the way humidity is here in KY you never know how its going to go so I keep a close eye on the humidity in my area when I hatch.
