My babies have hatched! 11 of them! My beautiful paint has wry neck though.

I'm prepared to help it through. Hoping for a full recovery. I didn't get any self blue.. So I guess I will need to do some more hatching

Holy molt hehe! I don't know why they call it the "ugly" stage, I think it gives them character

Whats the most popular colour of silkie?

I think since white is the original color they might be the favorite and know that at shows they seem to do the best most of the time. Right now I think there is a huge interest in Self blue as they are the newest color added to the standard and the project colors Porcelain and paint are also popular right now. For me, I love Partridge and balck and am adding splash to my flock... but then Im pretty borning lol!
