Oh my God, that is the funniest thing ever!
They are so darn cute! What is going on with Buck?
Buck got the short end of the genetics stick. He has a wry tail, curved spine(does not affect ability to walk around) and his lower beak is too long and both top and bottom beaks need trimmed from time to time. He will likely never be able to pick grass. I am working on switching him to wet feed then to FF. He went out on grass for the first time today. He didn't quite know what to think, just kept snuggling up against my legs. He is super docile, loves being petted and is going to be a wonderful pet.So cute! Glad Marsala and General are doing well. I too was wondering what's wrong with Buck?
I would be careful with anything that has a fishy smell.a friend was using feed with added omega 3s and the eggs were so fishy they couldn't eat them. Fwiw, of course.Looking for an new food, got a questionIf i'm planning on fermenting my feed, can I use one with fish meal? So far every organic and soy free feeds I have found have some sort of animal protein in them and I know mumsy(I think it was her) said it will stink if it's fermented.![]()
Haha, I need a turkey sized one. My royal palm hen has thinning feathers on her back as well from the tom's treading. I do not think she would tolerate a saddle or apron too much, howeverThose hen saddles (or aprons) are SO cute! I really need to get one for one of my silkie girls. She is the rooster's favorite and her feathers are thinning out on her back.![]()
