Silkie thread!

Give 2-3 drops, un-diluted, in beak twice daily for 2-3 weeks. And I would stop the other vitamin treatment.

Ok thanks.
it's not tripping anymore doing better but the bottom of the foot boot came off last night, the bandaide is still on and looks like the toes are staying about right so I'm going to leave it for now. How long do I leave the spradle brass and boots on?

I've had trouble with my non dominant rooster for a while. He was losing weight and then I wormed them and treated for lice and mites. he then started acting better and started gaining weight again. this has been goign on for months. well, now he's acting sickly again and laying around and he's lost weight. I just don't know what to do

Not sure if this is a sickness or a genetic thing or a intimidated from the other rooster thing??? What do I do now? he's down to 2 pounds 4 oz.

I've lost 2 other silkies and they were all the ones I got from this breeder. I haven't had a single issue with any of the other silkies from other breeders that I have.??

Also maybe give him some extra treats to fatten him up!

Hiya. Added a new Silkie boy to the flock. Blue cockerel, about 6 months old- so cute. His first owner called him "Mister Mister", will probably stay "Mr. Mr.) :) He's a sweetheart.
He is gorgeous! Reminds me of my guy at that age. :D
Ok thanks.

It really depends on how bad they are. Two to seven days usually. check it a couple of times a day to make sure everything is in place. You can remove it and see how it is. If it's straight it stays that way. (In my experience)
I GOT MY SILKIES TODAY!!!!! Just had to put that out there. hehe

That's some pretty fluff!

That I don't know. Never have dealt with them. But I think it is a few days to a week.

Well I had to take the splay leg brace off it was making red sore spots on her legs, but she's doing pretty good her legs seem to be slightly wide but getting around fine. The toe I fixed yesterday is great! That boot is off. Did put a band-aide on the other toe hopefully can remove that tomorrow. Getting the vitamins in. Thanks for the support.
