Silkie thread!

I would trim or pluck so that they can see. But if you are planning on showing them in the next couple of months, trimming and plucking would be a bad idea. I love how they look but i would definitely make sure they can at least see good enough to find the food and water

One of the broody silkies accidentally crushed one of her developing eggs. And I had to quarantine my two almost-3-month-old chicks because they're starting to sneeze. Acting fine, eating fine, just sneezing a lot. Silkies and their drama! My other chickens never give me this much trouble.

I need some advice please- I have a 18 week old silkie hen whom isn't doing so good. I have had problems with her since I got her 4 weeks ago. First problem was she couldn't see :( so I gave her a haircut. 2 nd problem was she was falling over- so I took her out of coop and put her in small carry cage and fed her slowly on mush and electrolytes. After a week she was put back with the others. Now 2 days ago I noticed a bulge on her chest which seems to be pushing up against her beak makeing her twist and throw her head around. I'm not sure if its her crop as its pointy and hard like a bone, but I can move it :(
She can't stand anymore and I'm trying to feed her but she won't eat :( I'm giving her tomatoe juice with electrolytes ,& oil..
Since she's been in carry cage propped up with towels she hasn't poo'd so I'm not sure what they are like. But while she's not eating I'm sure she won't poo :(
I don't know how to help her? Or even what's wrong. I'm worried she's going to starve to death. Any advice is appreciated

Anyone know what color this chick is, came from a paint hen, unsure of the roo. I was thinking silver partridge, i might hold onto it to see how it colors out it has a huge vaulted skull and is so cute. Firs picture is at a day old now it is 2 weeks.
