if you slowly introduce them should be fine. But each chicken is different. If you can somehow seperate them in the one coop using an x-pen or something that would help so they can interact without harm. or you could go the house silkie route if it doesn't work out hahaHi,
I have a question and hope it is appropriate to ask in this thread.
I have long admired this breed but stayed away because I do not extra space for another run/coop.
I recently purchased two silkie chicks as company for a lone chick.
At the time, I thought. I'll just sell them later.......Of course, now they have slipped right into my heart.
Is it possible they would be safe in with my LF chickens....I would not want them to get hurt .
I am thinking when they are full grown of course. I have mostly Orpingtons.
