I am worthless in this heat, I don't know how you can stand it Sonoran. I guess that means the babies will be ok. I don't see them panting just the hens, but the chicks are getting out from under the hens which gives me a better view.

Day eighteen and the eighteen eggs from my two Catdance hens and one Sheryl Butler pullet are looking great at candling. No internal pipping so no lock down yet.

78 degrees here with blue skies. I picked green beans and pickled beets today. Waiting on chicks to get popping.

I know mine are acting it is so hot! I could never live in Arizona, I actually wish for a rainy day, Oregon duck for sure!
