Silkie thread!

This is what I use in my incubator it's at wal Mart about $10.00 works great I hatch eggs all the time

Does this go inside of the incubator or does it have a lead? I purchased a reptile sensor that has leads fished inside of the incubator along side of the turner power cord. My prob is the incubator digital read out and this read differently. This o e says wet on the screen, does that make the difference?

Well got home and my last adult silkie female kicked the can. It looks like she got choked or something. Her vent looks weird. I reckon I will let her 5 purebred eggs to good use then. I'll go fire up the ole incubator.

She's beautiful, she looks to be a regular feathered silkie or a Cochin bantam silkie mix.

She looks like a black Pekin cross silkie!! I'm pretty sure! It looks exactly like a cross between my silkie, Chumley, and my Pekin, Fev!

I picked up These two (hopefully pullets) and wanted to get opinions on their color. I was told that they were out of a white hen and splash roo. Not sure if they are blue partridges, porcelain or just a random mixed color. Sorry its not very close up, the other pics turned out too dark
