That's a lot of Gracie Pam! lol!!! I was just thinking that when I got her parents, I got them as a pair, they both looked almost identical. Same sized combs, swooshed back crests, Ashes was the bold one, Booker was very timid. They were 4 months when I got them. Then about a month later Booker started crowing and getting streamers. Ashes never really grew. She is still tiny. Booker is twice her size now. So maybe the babies will just be mysteries until one crows.I don't eat them, either. I've lost my taste for chicken and eggs. Hubby eats the eggs (unless they are fertile, and I'm trying to hatch them. Sorry- I don't know how to "quote" part of a post. Don't give up on Gracie! I thought my pullet was a boy up until I registered him for a show. Luckily, she showed me she was a girl before I embarrassed myself! Lots of people said boy, too. So...maybe not! Probably so, tho.Just don't get rid of her thinking that she's a boy.
When we got them....
What they look like now...
