Silkie thread!

Sounds like she may have shrink wrapped, if they do they need help getting out they won't be able to turn . Very sorry you lost her.

She was not shrink wrapped, but I was reading about to much humidity and aircell size and blah blah blah. I changed the way I had been doing things successfully and it went bad. So back to my WRONG way that works. I have 2 more eggs from the same hen and 3 D'anver eggs pipling now.

How old was Chance when he first started crowing?
He just started a couple of weeks ago, so around 4 months.

Just wanted to share a couple pictures of our funny little silkie mutt and momma...we can't wait to see what this little cutie looks like grown up. Not silkie feathers...but not quite smooth either...what would call that?!? ;) Hmmm...a whatchamacallit!!

he is the CUTEST! I love him! boy or girl? whats his name?

my silkie I call a japie.....he is a Japanese bantam silkie cross. I call him milkshake.....he has black and white skin. he looks ALOT like your little guy!

CUTE!! They do look similar and have the same fluffy feathers don't they?!? We're hoping this one gets some kind of head poof! :) We live by the pullet until proven otherwise... ;) so her name is Mae...my kiddos decided if she becomes a he we'll call him Doc. They want to be able to say "what's up Doc?!" :D You take amazing photos of your babies too...by the way!!
