Looks like wry neck ! You need polyvisol without iron and cut open a vitamin E cap and feed straight to the chick. There are plenty of threads on this condition on this site with pics for you to compare.

I've bn dosing her with poly vi sol and spoon feeding her softened chick starter and water. I don't hav vitamin E available. Is this a fatal condition? How often should I give th vitamins?

I am new to silkies. I just got my first 2 today. I am not sure whats wrong with one of them tho. They are2 days old. It has energy but limps when it walks and its feet are out like a penguin. It will jump and hurdles with my polish chicks and the other silky. Can somebody please tell me whats wrong with it and how to fix it.

It is believed to be a vitamin deficiency. Some people have seen improvement in as little as 24 hours. Go to the search bar at the top of the page and type in ' wry neck '
You need to research as much as possible. I'm not sure of the dosage. If the chick starter you have is medicated you should probably cease using it for the time being. Amprolium is a B group vitamin inhibitor and would be affecting the absorption of the polyvisol .

I'm not sure what you mean by ' walks like a penguin " . Was the chick hatched like this? Could be splayed legs.

It turns its feet out and limps. Im not sure I didnt notice it until we got it home this afternoon. We bought it from the feed store this morning. It interacts with all the other chicks and doesnt want to be singled out.

There are several conditions that could cause a chick to limp. Some are very serious like mareks and then it could just be an injury. I would take a pic of the chick and post it in emergencies and diseases.
