Silkie thread!

You can continue the medicated feed, if you get them hydrated and cooled down a bit, they likely won't have the same lethargy and wry neck problems (hopefully anyway).
I know the polyvisol is very expensive, but poultry nutri-drench has directions for putting it in their water as a daily/weekly supplement as well as being able to administer straight to weak/lethargic/otherwise sick chickens.
I've never used the polyvisol so can't really comment on its use.

Without a thermometer, it's best to watch the chicks.keep raising it until you see them huddling. Raise it, wait 15 minutes. If no change, repeat. Eventually they will get cold and start to huddle together, once they do that, lower it a little bit and see what they do.

Everyone makes mistakes, it is your intention that matters. You thought you were doing the right thing and tried to Fix it the best way you knew how. Now that you think you have found the problem, address it and that's the best you can do!
We're all right here with you. Do you happen to have any unflavored pedialyte? You can cut it about half/half with water and give each chuck a drop every 30 minutes. I would hold off on the vitamins until you get some good fluids in them.
I picked up some pedialite tonight to mix in with the recipe this lady shared on the internet. She used the pedialite ice pop kinds saying that they lasted longer so she could use them one at a time and store as needed. They are all different flavors and she said her chicks seem to like the taste. Then I got the poly vitamins, then I also got some of that Vit-al from the feed store that says on it that its suppose to restore electrolites and had a bunch of vitamins in it. Its a powder you mix in with a gallon of water. I tried that to, only adding a small pinch of it to their 1quart waterer. Would that stuff be sufficient enough to use everyday?

I just kept getting the impression that they were acting this way due to either their medicated feed or because they have a vitamin deficiency and that I needed to give them polyvisol. I didnt think it being too hot would contribute so much, would it? Even the lethargic ones are still eating/drinking so far. I am fine with giving them whatever vitamins they need by hand or in their water if it will help them improve.

Yes, the stuff from the feed store is good to use every day for the first week or two, then cut it back to 2-3 Times per week.
Have you administered any of the pedialyte yet? How are the chick's doing with the raised heat lamp?
I gave the pedialyte to only the two lethargic chicks tonight (just a couple drops each) and it was the mixed recipe I got online. The rest of the chicks I just put the Vit-al in their water. And the lethargic chicks drank from their to. So far they are all sleeping but are all scattered around. Some are close to eachother but non of them look cold or anything.

Heat injury and dehydration can kill them. Even if they are still eating and drinking, if they can't escape the heat, they can die. Have you ever had heat stroke? I'm prone to it, and my family kind of uses me as a canary to know when it's too hot to be outside...
How can I be sure if they are too hot? Most of them act totally normal. Its just the two lethargic ones that are sleeping alot and dont want to move much. I know one doesent want to move because its limping. The other one is obviously lethargic and wobbles when it walks but they all eat/drink still.

Pedialite and vital are both forms of electrolyte ?? Why would you give both. Some scrambled egg 2-3 drops of polyvisol and a vitamin E capsule would be my advice.
I have my heat lamp on a chain. It starts down low with the thermometer probe in with the chicks desired temp 90-95 , raising it up each week to allow the chicks to feather in.
