We don't fit under mom anymore. :) The partridge family.


This little one got wry neck shortly after birth, at least that's what I think it is. She is doing much better on poly vi sol, but cant use the water dish, so today we learned water bottle. :)

I forgot to ask, I am treating everyone outside for coccid. I found a bloody poo, just one, but I heard sneezing too, so better safe than sorry. I had the month olds and thier mother outside in a tractor in with the silkies last week, so they probably need treated too. I have 2 teaspoons of liquid corid 9.6 in the gallon waterer in the silkie coop, and would like to put the month olds and momma out with the flock soon. Can they share that water and get their dose also? I can dose them in the house too, just curious. Also does anyone know the dose for the little ones? I think I will get medicated feed for the 4 day olds, but the one dealing with wry neck may be an issue. I cant take her b vitamins away right now.

just treat everyone with sulmet instead of corid.
