How old are they in these photos? I have heard silkies are very difficult to sex, until they start laying or crowing, but I can at least compare to what mine look like, if they're similar in age.Guys I think my 2 chicks are roosters by looking at them more closely... I'm so sad lol I only wanted one to be a rooster but it doesn't look like it.
Damon is beautiful black and Eric is pretty blue.
I noticed waddle developed. My older chick who I'm 100% sure is hen small comb and no waddle hasn't developed what they have.

ETS: Sorry, I didn't realize my first post went through!
Based on their ages, and what I remember mine looking like, I would say that Damon is likely a rooster. The other one, maybe not. I remember mine, the one that ended up being a rooster, getting the comb earlier, and it being larger all along, than the female. The black is born in may so 2mo.. 2.5 mo. Born mother's day I think. The other is about 7wks? I'm not so sure.
I am in love!! I love the odd balls!! I think she/he is calico. I had a calico roo he was very petite and feisty and defended my girls against a dog. Out of the 3 other roos he was the only one to stand up. It broke my heart;(
He is beautiful!! I love his proud stance!
Oh my word!! This is the most precious photo ever!! It is magazine worthy!!That is exactly what happened with mine. She would ' muscle down ' when the other hens came into the nest box and was squashing full term chicks. Here's one I saved.
