They are partridge chicks from partridge parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. The chick is feathering in black. I haven't had that pop up before.
Wouldn't it be cool if it turned out to be a Calico?

I tried posting my first-ever-BYC-post via the free-birds thread, but for some reason it would just log me out. So, I'll try to post here. Maybe I can't sell as my first post?
I hatched 4 silkies. All 4 roos! Lol. Just my luck.
Does anyone want 2 silkie Roos for free. One ridiculously friendly (wants to be picked up), and one that is a bit aggressive to anything that moves (but is such a tiny little wimp, he turns tail and runs as soon as you dont back down). Both are free to a good home. Both black with some brown/grey accents around the neck. I can post pics this weekend if anyone is interested. I'm not even sure if this post will appear.
Central Wisconsin, just west of Wisconsin Dells. I would love to trade for a silkie hen or eggs I can incubate.
Someone on one of the FB groups I'm on is working with calico.Wouldn't it be cool if it turned out to be a Calico?
