Silkie thread!

I just wanted to share my gift from my hubby yesterday. I have always wanted them and have hatched a couple but these are 1 & 2 years old and two of them are setting on 8 and 10 eggs. They never left the nest of eggs even when we moved them. I was so surprised. I am so eggsited.

and in love with them already.

Here is the roo and the two hens that arent setting.

Here is one of the hens on her clutch in our spare bedroom she has 8 eggs.

Here is the other hen setting on her clutch of 10 eggs in our spare bedroom.

These are just singles of the other three. I think they are beautiful.

I sell my silkies on CL all the time. I have met some wonderful people on there and it's unfair to judge buyer's and seller's on there. Just look at the quality, living conditions, and ask plenty of questions. There are a lot of people breeding them, but have no idea about quality. Do your research and dont rule out CL, just see what is being offered.
