Here's the next question. I need help naming my hens colors. Maybe this will help me figure out what color the new babies will be. We're up to 18 now!

Is it a fault that she has a brown eye also?

I guess we will have to wait on the Blue. The Black(Kung Pow) crowed for the first time this afternoon. It was pathetic but he did crow. He has been the one we were 90% sure is cockerel. Now we know 100%. If the Blue ends up being a cockerel, that just means we will HAVE to get a couple of Blue hens so we can breed BBS. BTW, love they Grey's you got from Marge.

99% sure that blue is a cockerel. The comb is too big to be a female. But hey, could just be a large combed female...

I have a silkie and a LF polish roo living outside together, just the two of them(no extra source of heat). They are fine. You can get rid of him now if you would like so you don't end up with accidental offspring with the twisted beak male.

I am officially a chicken mom!! I picked up my two little silkies from aoxa today. Their in their baby playpen curled up in a corner cheeping lightly. Henry (My male poodle) Has been a bit of a pest trying to paw at them through the playpen here and there thankfully were home for the next five days between us to supervise untill he gets over that habit hes already improving

I also need critiquing Im thinking of keeping this splash rooster, he's got a great personality just dont know if I want to do a pen for B/B/S. Also moommoondiddy your rooster is very cute I have one that also has the silver hackles he came from paint breeding.
