I have a question...
I have a splash roo with a lot of autosomal red on him. Would he still be considered a splash or something else?
Another question...
I have a buff rooster that I brought from a good quality breeder who assured me he was quality. However the more I look at him the more concerned I am. He is a truly clean buff, small in size, very compact, perfect feet, darker eyes for a buff, his comb is almost nonexistent but it is there. He is not impressive as a roo and really lacks manliness overall. His crest is lacking. I am worried about him bein able get the job done in the breeding pen. I have heard little Roos with tiny combs are hard to get bred naturally. I will try to get a pic of him up here. I wonder if I shoul hold onto him or replace him with another clean buff roo that I have?
Just needing some advice. Thank you all in advanced!

I think they are calico, and I think that hen is also a calico, did you get them together? Calico is a project color, but it is very pretty

Yes I got them together. The hen looks more splash, she has some dirty spots from the rain these last few days, but I'm pretty positive she is splash.

okay so the red spots are just mud then. Well I would make a calico pen if I were you seeing as you have 2 good roo's for it
