Silkie thread!

She passed away a few minutes ago. Near the end I just tried to get her to drink the drips off my finger but she wouldn't. She is in chick heaven now.
So sorry for your heartbreak...

I'm sorry you lost her. You tried your best, and that's all you can do.

Mine is still here, but unhappy. I have given her another drop or two of poultry drench - hopefully it starts drinking and eating on its own soon. It seems more active today - so I hope its getting better.

Thanks everyone idk what to do I told the lady I bought her from and she says she has more that are around a week old... I want another one so bad. I might go get one today.

The only reason being that I don't want to wait around trying to find an older one and then introducing just one bird into my current flock.

ChickNMamma: I hope she gets better! Hopefully she will come around if she already more active than yesterday! Saying a prayer for her. Keep me updated

Is there a ramp into your coop? You may have to teach them to go up the ramp. I used dried meal worms placed up the ramp, worked really well.

Oh they go up it, and jump off. LOL. Apparently that is a lot of fun. But they wont go in to go to sleep! I left them closed in there today since it has been raining all day. Maybe that'll give them the hint!
