I have a buff laced Polish rooster named Andy (he is the one at the bottom of the stairs in the picture on the Stockton thread) that I would be happy to give you. He is such a sweetie! That way you can hatch out your own Polish. I also have an 8 month old mixed buff x chocolate cuckoo rooster that is cream colored and just gorgeous! I don't have the Polish rooster in with my girls right now for eggs. The bantam blue laced red Wyandotte rooster is in with the Polish and BLRW girls. A friend of mine wanted some bantam BLRW chicks. I took some pictures of my 12 week old Silkies today. They look full grown already!
They are adorable! Love the colors. .....great. More eggs I want from you. Not to mention the BLRW I'll be your number one customer. Lol. Chicken math is striking again.......... My hubby I think liked the idea about having a polish roo for Ms Piggy. Just have to think about where to have a pen where we could be sure it was Andy's babies. Lol. Right now she's our big barnyard mixes lady. All I can say is thank goodness I have a lot of property to play with...because I'm filling it up with chickens and breeding pens this year. Ha!

Okay the Silkie I was given this week.

I'm not sure on color. I thought a very light Splash. I saw the lady who gave her to me and talked to her about it. She got them in September as chicks and doesn't know the parentage. Could she be a paint? What do you breed to get a paint. If she is what will I get if I breed her to my Blue roo. She offered me a splash roo, but I already have 4 blue.

I think I will be putting some eggs from my bantam BLRWs in the incubator in a few days with the d'Anver eggs if you are interested in chicks

That would be wonderful if you wanted Andy! I have held onto him because he is such a gentle sweetie pie!

I keep expanding my chicken housing too. My poor husband! I am lucky to have a man that is a great carpenter and willing to do it!!
