Silkie thread!

@workinanie - That is so precious!!! I love it when they take them in and they aren't even theirs.

@Suzierd - Me too! I like the contrast and the vibrant colors, she is a doll

@BobbieJo81 - Does West Virginia have the same kind of restrictions as Virginia? If not how many eggs are you looking for, my partridge pen are laying well right now?

As far as I know there are no restrictions, but I have never dealt with shipped before..I usually buy from local breeders when they hatch or get eggs from those same breeders..I know all of them get eggs shipped in from everywhere and have never mentioned any restrictions but Ican check into it..I am thinking 12 or so..depends on cost and shipping..I always get extra to account for any losses--usually bites me in the rear bc I rarely loose any..

Can you PM me with an estimate on shipping to WV? I dont care about colors, I just had a horrible rate of roo:hen last year (16 roo:2 hens) and recently rehomed all but 2 roos and now trying for more girls..lol.. I have 2 greys that are still in the brooder, a year old red hen and a year old buff hen..I have a black roo and a blue partridge roo..so basically any color would fit right in..Here is a pic of my 2 greys on their first day in the yard..
I would Defianatly be interested in some eggs as well. If you could give me an estimate on eggs prices and shipping to idaho.

I've got fertile silkie eggs coming out the ears. I ship if anyone wants some. Shipping can be kinda steep shipping too far out from the midwest, Im in indiana, but I am discounting eggs right now due to new layers, and unsure of colors. They are very fluffy though! Pm me if anyone is interested.

I would also be interested in some eggs are they bearded parents? How much for 6 or 12 and shipped to idaho. Pm if needed.

Hey guys...gotthis egg "by accident" says the seller. (I did not purchase silkies it came with a different breed of eggs). Anyway, should I not keep any of the chick's from this person? If they breed these kinds of things in their stock (it is genetic, no?) Then I don't think I'll be keeping the birds, or pawning them off on some unsuspecting person....
