My 7 month old hen is acting sick. She isn't eating or drinking and she doesn't want to move. Is she just molting or is this something else?

Unless she is brooding that is not normal . Any breathing difficulties are her wings down , as if to balance herself and is her tail down ?

her wings and tail are down and she isn't brooding. She is having trouble balancing but i don't see her having problems breathing

Could be one of many things , have you checked her crop, is it enlarged and was she laying and abruptly stopped ? Have you wormed her and checked her for lice ?
Lice and mite infestation will run a bird down and suck the life out of them. Intestinal worms can do the same.

She isn't showing signs of anything else. Could this be caused by stress?
