When do silkies earlobes turn blue?

That makes me wonder... can eggs be carried aboard a plane? What would be needed? How about in luggage?

With my most recent hatch of chicks I've come across an oddball of the bunch. A penguin colored chick. Does anyone know what color it should come out to be when grown? Parents are paint showgirl hen and black (with gold hackle and saddle leakage) rooster.

It's a cute little bugger I know that. Even if it did come out with white feet.

Silkie separation anxiety. I have two for pets, maybe show them at the fair next year, but when I handle the one the over one goes nuts and vice versa. Is the nomal? I

If They Will Be Ok To Go through the X-Ray machine. I carry baloney and hog maws home with me all the time. Why not eggs

When do silkies earlobes turn blue?

I'm not sure really. I grabbed a couple 12 week old pullets and they have blue lobes even if they arnt very deeply colored yet
