No I purchased eggs from Sassy Silkie, she has partridge and a few blue partridge that this egg came from. I'm 90% it's a blue part instead of just a partridge. I'm trying to figure it's sex, but I know that can take a long time, I didn't know If others have blue part so I can see how its turning out.

It is around 8 weeks old, there is a thread where people of BYC posted pictures of there closest bird to the standard. Just search it.

I was just wondering - not to change the subject or anything.... Do you dust Silkies for mites and such the same way you do a regular chicken? I have 17 that all of a sudden just seem itchy. I've never had a problem before, but I normally dust my egg layers twice a year.
