These are colors that are harder to come by and not many are sold as in comparison to the basic colors like blue, black, splash, buff, partridge & white but they are out there. I suggest watching the sites like bidbird.com and featherauction.com for stock. A good chance is you might need to work with the best you can find to get the colors you want. The rest of this post is just babble about breeding if you're interested in that route.
My suggestion is to be on the look out for a lavender rooster as they seem easier to find and then look into finding some nice black hens. Cross the two (lav x black) then cross the offspring (black lav splits) back to the lavender rooster and you'll have your very own lavenders (well 50/50 lavenders and splits from the offspring) You can stop there or you can take those offspring and cross the lavenders back to black again and continuing on as I described above as a way of improving their qualities.
Porcelains are tricker and harder to find nice ones in my opinion as many people aren't agreeing or possibly not understanding on what makes up a porcelain. Look on the search feature for the topic of porcelain breeding it's my understanding that the color porcelain still needs to have mottle bred into it. This is from my notes as I have not bred porcelains and am pretty new to silkies.
A lavender x buff cross will get you started (lav splits but will be visually buff) then I believe the crossing of the offspring will get you some Isabels. The buff birds needs to be lav/lav (carrying the double copy of the recessive trait of lavender) in order to be considered a Isabel. Then the breeding of that Isabel back to a lavender would give you a porcelain given your genetic soup is as such that the bird can express both Isabel and lavender. Might I also suggest talking with Sonoran Silkies she is a good resource she is very smart and knows a lot about genetics if you are interested in breeding your own porcelains. (EEK!
