You can put a little mirror in with it and a little stuffed animal to snuggle with by the mirror. They can get obsessive with the mirror if you leave it more than a week or two though.

Beth,

Your boy Tater looks very similar in coloring to my overly red boy, "Frankie". Was Tater born with the chipmunk markings? I like his type too!

I wanted to share some of my juvies. I'm really loving them and can't wait to bring them to the BPS

I ususally let the kids show them so feedback would be great so I can help the two girls that want to enter them. Nothing better than seeing a big ole smile on a youngsters face when doing well at a show. Sorry Some are blurry

Okay I know she doesn't fit the APA standards for color but, I love this little pullet. She was my White Hen crossed with my Hattrick Cockrel. I'm thinking of entering her anyway to get feedback on type

Here's the Hattrick Cockrel Tater. He won at the BPS. I know he's too orange but, I just love him anyway

I'm going to put him over my very dark pullets this spring b/c I think his type is A+++
