was wondering I have two white silkie chicks and they both have 6 toes on each foot

they inherited that from their dad. He has 6 toes one foot.. Doesn't seem to bother them. Not sure if they are pullets or roosters. I hope that they are pullets. They are pets wont show them , but I was wondering what are the odds of them passing the 6th toe to their offspring ??

What's funny...

I sold three pet quality Silkies this past October, and I bought 3 nice quality Silkies from Birds & Eggs right after.
I was interested in entering any of them (PQ or NQ) in the fair this year for the fun of it, but I decided against it.
Turns out, the lady I sold the Silkies to won a 1st and 2nd place at the fair with those PQ Silkies...

Good for her though! Just found that interesting.

That is quite interesting

I would have tried it out for fun too (as I know that's mainly all it is),
but I don't like the idea of leaving my birds there for a whole week...
I'd miss them too much, and I'd be afraid of something happening to them.

Me too, I think thats why I don't want to do it.
