I was doing a lot of reading up before buying the Brinsea. I did a lot of reading on the Hovabator as well, and for the most part, everyone thought it was a great incubator! I'm sorry you were having trouble with it. It does seem like no matter what I do, though, that I'm with YOU-- I can't win! LOL I'm really crossing my fingers that the new incubator I am getting is idiot proof.

I know one thing about myself- and that is, I can break the unbreakable or mess up the unmessable. If that's even a word... anyway, I have talent! hehe!

This is a Blue Silver Partridge hen. I never saw this coloration in Silkies. Does anyone of you have knowledge of any kind of coloration in this direction in Silkies ?

I tried to hatch some silver partridge recently but my eggs didn't handle the 2,500 mile journey.

I love color genetics but can't seem to retain much. I bet Sonoran is thrilled to have someone that speaks her language!!

Did your eggs come from Europe ?
Color-genetics is relatively simple, more simple than learning to read !
Would be a big pleasure to can communicate in "her" language, surely specific for Silkies.
