Silkie thread!

I'm trying to start a thread on helping people sex their silkies. If any of you have any info to add to my list, please chime in

I see so many questions on whether or not a silkie is male or female, and some of them are so obviously roosters.

Tips to Help You Determine the Sex of Your Silkie

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Especially from those with lots of silkie breeding experience.

I'm now a silkie owner!!!! 9 out of my 10 eggs hatched! So 9 little fuzzies are running around!

I'm leaning toward boy on my bird, but there is no comb growth. However, I think some of the new pin feathers coming in on its crest are kind of long-- boy?? Does anyone know if the Silkie Bantam book is still available? Im not seeing it on the ASBC site...
