Silkie thread!

i would say there silkies they sure look like it just a guess but coild the last one be lavaender or a smokey white

Ok, I went out to torture them some more.
I mean, their feathers aren't like a normal chicken. I have only raised 2 silkies before these, so I don't even remember what they looked like when they started to feather out.
Here is their wings spread.

Those are normal silkie feathers, looks like #1 is a partridge ...definitely not a buff....#2 "looks" like a lavender, but I'm figuring its a very dilute (pale) blue splash bird or a heavy silver gened white which makes it have that smokey appearance.

Thank you. I'm disappointed, but not much I can do about it now. The little grey one sure is pretty. I wonder what the others will turn out to look like?

I don't see why not, it looks like partridge chicks out of Bobbi Porto I've seen both pictures and in person, its JUST starting to get its feathers in. You should know that partridge change drastically from chick to youngster to teen to adult.

a good partrdge well not be that buff

i have heard u cant count a silkie out unless it has definate DQ such as like to many or less toes or deformed or croocked beak other then that i have heard alot of good breeders say dont count a bad silkie out untell it is atleast 6 months or older and even then u could be throwing ur best bird out
