Mine have 3 roost. Each one a little higher than the next so they can get to the top and in the nest boxes. They don't need them though as mine roost on the floor and 2 of them lay on the floor.

Wing critique time. This bird holds "her" wings tight and close, you cannot see the split unless you spread the wing out. Or is it just missing feathers?

This looks more like an obvious split, feathers growing in two different directions...

I've seen a few times, when it looks like an obvious split, if you feel around in the bare part, it may just have blood feathers growing in.
Wait a few weeks on the growing birds, and re-check them.
But, at the last show I was at, Don Nelson was the judge.
We all found out, he is a WING MAN. Alot of birds were DQed that day, because of these wings.
