Silkie thread!

Looks like they both carry the white gene! I sure like his nice tight wings! My boy doesn't carry his wings tight since he met the girls. He thinks he's more handsome with them hanging down.

Yep they both carry the white gene - didn't know that until these ones hatched.

Also have one that is white with specks of black, buff and blue in him/her.

There's no question on the blue guy behind "her". He's got a pretty big comb, and is already showing streamers. He's got some faint barring on his feathers (that the camera never shows), is he a blue cuckoo? The breeder I got him from said she had a white cuckoo rooster (which looked like a white Silkie to me, except it had a very bright comb). I'm considering keeping him, he's got a winning personality!

You've gotten yourself some really beautiful babies!! I believe cuckoos male and female have red combs. Check for red on that blue one.

She has several pens so it likely means white from pen 2A.
