silkie with gunkey eye

my silkie hen has a watery gunkey eye. what can i do to help? will human eye drops help? i dont want anthing to happen to her!!!

We used some pink eye antibiotic drops on our silkie when that happened...her eye was swollen shut and draining. Couple of drops twice a day and after about three days, her eye was much, much better. Good luck!
