Silkie with sliced toe, should I give antibiotic?

My silkie hen got a fishing line wrapped around her toe and it ended up slicing through over 50%. I can tell it is painful for her but it doesn't look infected or swollen, and there's no heat. Ive been using Veterycin and Neosporin and she inside for now. Wondering if i should give her some Amoxicillin just in case?
