Silkie with weeping eyes.

My 16 week old silkie has weeping eyes. I noticed one eye was closed over yesterday and today both were stuck shut. I sponged them with Saline and she can open them now.
What is wrong? She appears ok otherwise.

She could have just gotten some dust or grime in them .. Is the drainage yellow or green ??? Or is it clear.. Clear means her eye probably just got irritated by something , other colors may be sinus infection...
