I know for sure she has leghorns and silkies, but who knows. Maybe I’ll get a DNA sample just to know for sure lol!

The size of the comb has me thinking male but it’s too early to say for sure.

Sorry I can't be of any help regarding gender.
There are Siamese (bantam) Silkies, they are white and have light skin and red comb/wattles and yellow feet. I didn't know if it is allowed to post links - you can find pictures with google.
(And the color cuckoo in Silkies also has light skin and red comb and wattles, but their color is different than your cutie's.)

Looks like a pullet and I wouldn't assume she is a mix. Many hatchery-quality Silkies have red wattles
