Hey listen, being chubby or fat is okay. It doesn't make you any less of a good person. And eating well and exercising doesnt have to be difficult or boring. I mean, being happy is more important than looking good in skinny jeans, and you can be happy. You've just gotta stick it out. You're way too hard on yourself.
I know, but I get a lot of comments about my weight. Bad comments. *sigh*
I've tried eating completely healthy before, but you'd be surprised how many people wave sweet foods in front of me. Plus, depression/stress/anxiety drags away all hope and motivation, so I usually just give up and eat the sweet foods. :/
It's all so difficult. (-( That's why I've decided to just eat a ton of fatty foods, and give up on everything. XD
