Silkies 5 weeks

Someone held these chicks upside down by the legs and sexed them as pullets. Anyone else have an educated guess? 5 weeks old

They are too young to sex at that age. Silkies can be notoriously difficult to sex from photos even at twice that age; even for experienced chicken owners. I would suggest re-posting their pics in a month or so. Hopefully their gender will be apparent at that time. Good luck in having pullets.

I figured that's what the response would be. I'm impatient! Actually, just seems like this one has so many "roo" characteristics and behavior, I don't want to keep it longer than necessary. So have you seen silkies with what looks like streamers like mine has at this age turn out to be hens? Pls. forgive my ignorance...Just learning! Thanks a lot.
