Yippee! I've got 6 Silkie test eggs pipping/hatching on day 19! Two of the three pink EEs have started pipping on day 20, and tomorrow is day 21. That only leaves 4 slackers, two of them are rocking ....

Yayyyyyy! Can't wait for the pics! My first EEs are the cutest buggers ever! That must be why the breed is so popular! The adults look a little fiery to me but goodness how sweet the babies!

Painted Spirit..the adults are so sweet, too. My hens are the biggest pests - I can't walk thru their pen without stopping to love on 'em - they're like puppies - all around your feet.
