Holy cow! Are all silkies this broody??
One of my momma's just hatched out a baby on May 5. Now I caught her laying on some eggs (that weren't hers) yesterday. The little chick she hatched seems confused and wants her mom and all the mom wants to do is lay on eggs.
I didn't know they were this broody. Is that a normal thing for a silkie?

I'm not really sure if a Silkie would go broody again this soon, but they are sure determined to hatch eggs. With Silkies, I think anything is possible and I think there is a good chance she is broody again! Good luck! [IMG] Genie
