Silkies and Nipple Waterers

I have silkie eggs in the bator and am trying to get everything set up for them. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried the nipple water system with their silkies. Can they even SEE the nipples?

I have a mixed coop with a silkie in it. Until my fiance figured out how to make different waterers they used the nipples, so did the silkie.. just fine and she was only about 8 weeks at the time.
