its like when a parent is told his child did something bad and we dont believe it, even with a video we dont see it!!

i'm not so sure those are attacks. The way he's all puffed up and making those cooing noises. i personally feel it's more likely he's in love with your shoes. They probably smell good, they come to see him every day, they bring him treats, they squeal with glee whenever he comes near.

That silkie isn't evil, he's amorous.
