Silkies are evil - Finally I have proof

Quote:
All good theories.

A: It's hard to be afraid when you are laughing so hard
B: He bites my upper ankles where I have no freckles or a lot of hair. It's
the spot that hurts the most and he knows it.
C: No bait
D: Hmmm they may be his shoes.

I'm almost hoping I took a video without trying to be funny about it. He rushes
me when I turn my back on him. He just started doing it. It's typical rooster
behavior but when it's a silkie it's SO FUNNY.

Your dogs know nice legs when they see 'em! Very smart dogs you have there.

There are silkies with issues out there.
We rescued a white silkie roo a couple weeks ago, it was found on the side of the highway in the pooring rain by our neighbour and her daughter. Turns out that lil bugger has an Issue with men........ He leaves me and my mom or any female visitor alone, but as soon as a male walks through the garden you will see a white fluffball come out of no where and attack relentlessly.

My poor stepdad(who loves seeing free range chickens, ducks etc) was completely freaked out because he was just out in the yard taking a stroll in his bathrobe when the first ever attack happened. I have seen that little guy in action, he will not stop, my stepdad resorted to kicking him like a soccerball to try and get him to go away, and as soon as he hit the ground he went right back into attack mode...
I can pick him up when he is attacking someone and he wont bite me(or any other female, we tested that)... males are not allowed to touch him when he is picked up either, he will bite(and hard too).

I have never found chickens to hold much of a grudge, but wow I wonder what happened to that white roo that he dislikes males oh so much.

Ohhhh, how dare you taunt my chicken!!! I see what you are doing. You don't have to go and make a monster out of him just to make sure I'll take him. That poor sweet innocent little bird. I see he really got you right on the back of the ankle, and you actually screamed when he did it and not before. Tsk tsk...you had that one coming, buddy. For all the screaming, I should've seen a blood trail and some gore involved!!! Just send my little darling over here and Mama Blisschick will take care of him and little Runt. Just warn Silver I bite back.

You showed up at the perfect time. I was hoping you would get to see them.
I think Silver has an issue with males, like fancyfowl4ever said. He doesn't
attack my wife or kid.

Wait until you hold Runt/Black. The 6 year old girl next store has spent hours and
hours holding him like a lap dog. He's a cool bird. Him and Silver are fat little
flufferbutts. I wish I could keep but I'm thrilled they will be yours soon. I have a
feeling you're gonna spoil them good.

I couldn't do less than spoil them. My daughter will pick up where the neighbor kid left off. She wants another house chicken, but my husband won't let me keep anything over 4 weeks in the house right now. He's looking at going into full-time consulting work, which means I'll get to stay home again and they can stay in with me and be supervised.

I promise I'll try to find some kind of manly pattern for the boys' chicken diapers.
